As President, he has orchestrated strategic partnerships with DoD, PIAs and academia, providing critical tech scouting and market research capabilities that bridge the gap between emerging technologies and defense requirements. Dave's exceptional leadership in innovation facilitation and SBIRSTTR expertise is demonstrated through his work spearheading the South Bend-Elkhart Regional SBIRSTTR engagement effort, transforming regional awards from $0 in FY 2016 to over $58 million in Phase I and II SBIRSTTR awards over the last five years. As the visionary product owner for iScout, Dave led comprehensive customer discovery initiatives, developed strategic business requirements, secured diversified funding through STTR, SBIR and private capital sources, and guided the creation of the AI-powered tech scouting platform that revolutionizes market research capabilities. His unique combination of legal expertise, business acumen, and innovation leadership enables him to identify emerging market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth and technological advancement.

Her exceptional negotiation skills were recognized when she served as a key member of the team that awarded a $4.1 billion contract, earning her the Department of Navy Competition Award. Following her government service, Anne served as Director of SCM Compliance for a major defense contractor for nearly 14 years, where she formulated and implemented comprehensive supply chain policies ensuring FAR and DFARS compliance while balancing contractual requirements with corporate objectives.
